• 1993: official release of the German Linux Distribution (DLD)
• 1994: founded Delix Computer GmbH (3 fields of Work: Internet, system vendor, Linux/DLD) with Dirk Haaga and Niels Mache.
• 1999: sold of the business area Linux from Delix Computer GmbH and founded Red Hat Germany
• Since 1999: responsible for training business in Central and Eastern Europe (including sales and marketing)
• Since 2000: active member of the board "Information technology, services and telecommunication" of the chamber of commerce and industry Region Stuttgart
• Since 2005: responsible for all Red Hat trainers in EMEA
  collaborated in the founding of LiSoG
• Since 2006: responsible for all training partners in EMEA (from Iceland to South Africa)
